Frances joined Live Oak in January 2014. Later that year, she became the Youth Ministry Leader. In this position she plans and teaches the Bible studies, coordinates events, and provides ministry information to parents and students. She also serves as the middle school Sunday school teacher. She has consistently mentored and engaged in Christian fellowship with numerous women of all ages. Prior to Live Oak, she taught discipleship classes and Sunday school. She earned her Associate’s Degree from Okaloosa-Walton Community College (now Northwest Florida State College). Frances was born in Tokyo, Japan at Tachikawa AFB and grew up in Tampa, FL. She and her husband, Clay, have been married since 1993 and have two sons, Bradley and Jeffrey. She enjoys walking, playing tennis, reading, engaging in deep and meaningful theological conversations, studying God’s word, proclaiming the gospel, learning to grow in affection for God’s people, and doing OG (old geezer) stuff with her husband.
